representative in charge will be glad to call you back and
assist you in any way they can.

Private Information on Personal Accounts and Quotes (To access
this information, you need to have a secret code.)
To access this information you should fill out a phone banking
application at one of our branches. You will then receive
a sealed envelope containing a secret code and detailed instructions
about how to access each of your accounts.
Using this secret code, you may:
• access your real-time account balances in all currencies.
• order a checkbook.
