BLOM Bank sal offers you Darati to help you finance the purchase or renovation of a house or apartment.

How can I benefit from the Darati program?
If you are:
- A resident in Lebanon
- A Lebanese Expatriate

What do I have to know about Darati?
- Repayment:
  7 to 30 years for USD
  5 to 15 years for LBP

- Financing:
  80% of the price of the residence

- Interest rate:
. USD: LIBOR + 4% - with a minimum of 6.75% during the first year
  LIBOR + 4% - with a minimum of 8% during the remaining years
. LBP: The interest on LBP treasury bills for one
  year + 3% with a minimum of 10%.

- Pre-Approval:
  You can have a pre-approval from the bank
  within 48 hours of application.
What are the conditions and guarantees required for Darati?
  • Monthly income must exceed three times the monthly payment
  • A down payment of at least 20% of the price of the residence for Lebanese residents
  • A down payment of 30% for non-residents and for those applying for a loan exceeding 300,000 usd
  • 1st degree mortgage on the residence
  • A fire and natural disaster policy and a life insurance covering the outstanding loan amount
