- Interest Rate: The applied interest is determined
as 40% of the return on 2years T-Bills + 3.5%
- Approval: You can get a pre-approval within
48 hours
What are the conditions and
guarantees required for the
housing loan in cooperation
with the CPH?
- Income: The household’s monthly income must
not exceed 3 million Lebanese Pounds
- Area: The area of the house must not exceed
200m2
- Insurance: A fire and natural disaster policy and
a life insurance covering the outstanding loan
amount
